Refund & Return Policy 

Please be advised that refunds are not applicable once an Abaya has been altered or tailored. Alterations are typically completed within one (1) working day from the date of purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for all orders.

In cases where a refund request is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds are issued exclusively as store credit, which can be used for future purchases at Balqees Store.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد 

نود إعلامكم بأن الاسترداد غير متاح بعد تعديل العباءة أو تفصيلها، حيث يتم عادةً إتمام التعديلات خلال يوم عمل واحد من تاريخ الشراء.

رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد في جميع الحالات.

وفي حال تمت الموافقة على طلب الاسترداد، يتحمّل العميل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع. يتم إصدار مبلغ الاسترداد على شكل رصيد متجر يمكن استخدامه لاحقًا في متجر بلقيس.
