• Payment: card payments are processed by Network International (N-Genius) and instalment payments by Tabby. We never see or store your full card number.
• Website use: pages you visit and actions you take, collected with cookies, including the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel and Google tools, to measure our ads and improve the site.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your order, including contacting you on WhatsApp or by phone.
• To show relevant Balqees ads on Instagram, Facebook and Google, and measure how they perform.
• To send offers, only if you agree. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run the shop: payment providers, delivery partners, our website host and the advertising platforms above. We do not sell your information.
