Delivery is free to every emirate. Orders arrive within 3 working days. If you chose an alteration, delivery time starts once the alteration is finished, usually within one working day.
We ship to Saudi Arabia, Qatar and other countries. The delivery fee and estimated time are shown at checkout before you pay. Customs duties or import taxes in your country, if any, are paid by the customer.
When your abaya ships, we send you the tracking details on WhatsApp. You can also message us at any time for an update.

Please be advised that refunds are not applicable once an Abaya has been altered or tailored. Alterations are typically completed within one (1) working day from the date of purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for all orders.
In cases where a refund request is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds are issued exclusively as store credit, which can be used for future purchases at Balqees Store.
