Every Balqees abaya is made and finished with care. If something isn’t right, message us on WhatsApp and we will help.
Abayas that have been altered or tailored to your measurements cannot be returned, because they are made for you. Alterations are usually completed within one working day.
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it at no cost to you.

يمكن إرجاع العباءات غير الملبوسة مع البطاقات مقابل رصيد في المتجر يمكن استخدامه في أي طلب لاحق. رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد، ويتحمّل العميل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع. العباءات التي تم تعديلها أو تفصيلها حسب المقاس غير قابلة للإرجاع. في حال وصول الطلب تالفاً أو غير مطابق، تواصلي معنا خلال 48 ساعة مع صورة وسنستبدله مجاناً.
Please be advised that refunds are not applicable once an Abaya has been altered or tailored. Alterations are typically completed within one (1) working day from the date of purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for all orders.
In cases where a refund request is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds are issued exclusively as store credit, which can be used for future purchases at Balqees Store.

وفي حال تمت الموافقة على طلب الاسترداد، يتحمّل العميل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع. يتم إصدار مبلغ الاسترداد على شكل رصيد متجر يمكن استخدامه لاحقًا في متجر بلقيس.
